Would definitely recommend her. Edit: Had delivered baby at Kondapur on 9th April. The process went smooth. The Doctors, the nurses, the care takers all were very professional and knowledgeable. The paediatrician assigned were supportive and helpful. He Explained everything with details on how the baby condition is, tested the baby’s eyes and also tested for Jaundice regularly. The dietitian provided the meals according to the condition on time and took care of all the nutrients and macros. The management at apollo craddle were also mostly professional. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and biggest surprise was the Aya’s, they were very helpful whenever we needed they helped with anything like taking to washrooms and cleaning. I highly recommend this hospital.

I would really like to thank Dr Jasmin Rath maam and Care manager Priyanka maam for their regular support, guidance and all the help provided. They were very proactive and helped me meet all the challeneges easily. But i would like to highlight the issue wherein the nurses treated the babies as products and not like babies. Its really disheartening to see this kind of service from a reputed hospital. As this is my first baby, we were prepared with all necessary things thanks to Dr Jasmine Rath who is excellent thought out our pregnancy journey and explain all option during consultation . And on the delivery day also we won’t feel much tension because of the staff members who is good at helping and expertise the process and procedures. We enrol for Apollo Cradle birthing packages by the care manager Piyus and he clearly informed the package details. All the staff at NICU are good especially Dr. Suguna Reddy . This was my first pregnancy and I was recommended to Dr. Jasmin Rath by my sister as the doctor was her consultant gynaec during her pregnancy. I was consulting Dr. Jasmin when I was 27 weeks pregnant and it is very difficult to change your gynaec and trust someone new especially when you are very much comfortable with your doctor. I wasn’t very sure how my remaining pregnancy days and delivery would go under Dr. Jasmin until the day I met her. In our very first meet she made me so comfortable and till date she has been very supportive and has made my journey towards motherhood very easy and a blessing one. So was the staff at apollo cradle (including the Pediatrician – Sai Suveer Reddy, 2nd floor IP nurses – Shailja, Sneha, Kavya, IP Care manager – Priyanka, on duty doctors, house keeping staff, caterers) they all were so amazing. We went to the hospital under the supervision of Dr. Jasmin Rath. Who was very helpful & super cool never made false promises and gave required info on time and also shared the facts. On call dr Mansweeni was very supportive & Empathetic. She guided us through all the process. Jayshree from LDR 2 she helped in each stage of natural birth process & Ranjitha from nursing staff made us feel at home. Overall nursing service was very good except for early hours when we felt more disturbance. Room service & cleaning staff was very professional. Also very thanks to Minal who let us choose the room. One area of improvement: It would have been very useful had the complimentary online lamaze sessions were started little early and the prenatal session could have been better. Also thanks to Manager coordinator Priyanka for being very approachable & resolving all our issues very quickly. Overall I have no hesitation recommending this hospital of anyone.
