I came to Apollo Cradle for my delivery under Dr Prameela Sekhar and I can say that the doctor is excellent and services are good. The behaviour of the front office staff was a bit disappointing at the time of admission. The taste and quality of food were also not up to par. Rest, the staff and the services provided were good. The place is hygienic and well-maintained.

Would definitely recommend her. Edit: Had delivered baby at Kondapur on 9th April. The process went smooth. The Doctors, the nurses, the care takers all were very professional and knowledgeable. The paediatrician assigned were supportive and helpful. He Explained everything with details on how the baby condition is, tested the baby’s eyes and also tested for Jaundice regularly. The dietitian provided the meals according to the condition on time and took care of all the nutrients and macros. The management at apollo craddle were also mostly professional. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and biggest surprise was the Aya’s, they were very helpful whenever we needed they helped with anything like taking to washrooms and cleaning. I highly recommend this hospital.

This was my first pregnancy and I was recommended to Dr. Jasmin Rath by my sister as the doctor was her consultant gynaec during her pregnancy. I was consulting Dr. Jasmin when I was 27 weeks pregnant and it is very difficult to change your gynaec and trust someone new especially when you are very much comfortable with your doctor. I wasn’t very sure how my remaining pregnancy days and delivery would go under Dr. Jasmin until the day I met her. In our very first meet she made me so comfortable and till date she has been very supportive and has made my journey towards motherhood very easy and a blessing one. Overall experience was good with Apollo cradle but it seemed too expensive because the facilities which were provided was average. Room looks clean but if you walk without sleepers inside room then it was not actually proper cleaned. They simply come and use mobs only to clean the entire room. Foods were not that up to the mark and for food also charges were high. All Doctors were very cooperative and kind hearted. As it was my 1 st experience in Apollo but I really liked the way Doctor treated us specially Dr. Sudha Madhuri. She was really nice and helpful in each and every steps in our parental journey. Excellent place for Baby Delivery . Our Obstruction Dr Sudha Madhuri is an excellent doctor . We aimed at normal delivery but after considering pain we have decided to go to caesarian or C section , doctor encouraged and finally got our God Blessed little angel and both mother and child doing good.We are happy. Also they tied up with my company for cashless payment or network hospital. Nurses are co operative.lt would be better if they put Anti skid tiles in bathroom.We found bit slippery tiles in bathroom. Also we met Dr Sai Sudheer Reddy , Pediatrician. He explained the procedure well. For baby nose blockage we expected quick and permanent solution but we didn’t get it. We got a spray which heals temporarily.

My experience at Apollo Cradle: It all started in the month of April 2021 during the second wave of COVID in Hyderabad. I was worried how will I able to manage my pregnancy. I went on to google, practo and checked with my friends on which Gynic doctor will be able to help me. I found Dr. Sudha Madhuri from practo and read reviews and saw she took utmost care of treating mothers during this COVID times. So I made a decision to visit Dr. Sudha Madhuri and it turned out to be one of the best decision. She works at Apollo Cradle, Kondapur. She is the best doctor can one have, she is very soft spoken, informative and very attentive to what you convey and suggest the tips. Coming to Apollo Cradle experience, During the first visit they allowed only the mother inside the hospital and during the consultation they allowed attendant to follow. The only drawback was despite of prior appointment there is waiting time. But I recommend Cradle as they take utmost care during the COVID time for the patients. During my second visit I had an initial scan with Dr. Amita Indrasen which my gynic referred and she is a sweet and informative person who made me feel comfortable during the scanning process. Apollo Care Experience: I was told about the Apollo Cradle birthing packages by the care manager Minal and he clearly informed the package details and spoke humbly while explaining details. He was good at responding over WhatsApp and give prompt responses. The D-Day Experience: As this is my first baby, we were prepared with all necessary things. But to our surprise I was in labor during the midnight, we reached out to Dr. Sudha Madhuri around 4 AM and she picked the call and asked us to go to ER. Thanks to her for prompt response and we quickly moved to ER and they monitored situation for nearly 5 hours and finally I delivered a precious little baby angel. The room was ready and all the amenities were provided as discussed during the birthing package. Thanks to Priyanka care manager who followed up regularly to make sure that we have everything needed. I truly appreciate her taking work very seriously, she is really a great asset to the Cradle care team. Thanks to all nurses and staff for their utmost patience in helping me in my post delivery experience. I came to Apollo Cradle for my delivery under Dr Prameela Sekhar and I can say that the doctor is excellent and services are good. The behaviour of the front office staff was a bit disappointing at the time of admission. The taste and quality of food were also not up to par. Rest, the staff and the services provided were good. The place is hygienic and well-maintained.

The paediatrician assigned were supportive and helpful. He Explained everything with details on how the baby condition is, tested the baby’s eyes and also tested for Jaundice regularly. The dietitian provided the meals according to the condition on time and took care of all the nutrients and macros. The management at apollo craddle were also mostly professional. The rooms were cleaned twice a day and biggest surprise was the Aya’s, they were very helpful whenever we needed they helped with anything like taking to washrooms and cleaning. I highly recommend this hospital.

This was my first pregnancy and I was recommended to Dr. Jasmin Rath by my sister as the doctor was her consultant gynaec during her pregnancy. I was consulting Dr. Jasmin when I was 27 weeks pregnant and it is very difficult to change your gynaec and trust someone new especially when you are very much comfortable with your doctor. I wasn’t very sure how my remaining pregnancy days and delivery would go under Dr. Jasmin until the day I met her. Overall experience was good with Apollo cradle but it seemed too expensive because the facilities which were provided was average. Room looks clean but if you walk without sleepers inside room then it was not actually proper cleaned. They simply come and use mobs only to clean the entire room. Foods were not that up to the mark and for food also charges were high. All Doctors were very cooperative and kind hearted. As it was my 1 st experience in Apollo but I really liked the way Doctor treated us specially Dr. Sudha Madhuri. She was really nice and helpful in each and every steps in our parental journey. From day one to discharge we never feel like we are in hospital except we see some medical equipments. Here are the few points which we experienced. 1 . Hospitality is very nice from admission to discharge. 2. No need to remember what tablets need to take at what time. Sister will come to you to provide medication. 3. Regular checkups. 4. Ensured strict diet for my wife which prescribed by doctor. 5. Cleaning is very good and twice for the day. 6. Administration is very nice we can order hygiene food from the mobile/landline even.

Excellent place for Baby Delivery . Our Obstruction Dr Sudha Madhuri is an excellent doctor . We aimed at normal delivery but after considering pain we have decided to go to caesarian or C section , doctor encouraged and finally got our God Blessed little angel and both mother and child doing good.We are happy. Also they tied up with my company for cashless payment or network hospital. Nurses are co operative.lt would be better if they put Anti skid tiles in bathroom.We found bit slippery tiles in bathroom. Also we met Dr Sai Sudheer Reddy , Pediatrician. He explained the procedure well. For baby nose blockage we expected quick and permanent solution but we didn’t get it. We got a spray which heals temporarily.

From the beginning of our pregnancy she has very attentive for all our queries, her response on WhatsApp is just super fast. It was her great support only which made our entire process until birth very comfortable and feel safe. For delivery, we were pre-booked with package and care managers were very helpful to make us understand the complete process. Priyanka had been great support for our 3 days stay here, she took care of every small thing for us. Nursing staff has been helpful, there were few delays but priyanka managed it well. Our package included with Baby doctors, Diatician, Lactation specialist and photoshoot, all were very supportive. My experience at Apollo Cradle: It all started in the month of April 2021 during the second wave of COVID in Hyderabad. I was worried how will I able to manage my pregnancy. I went on to google, practo and checked with my friends on which Gynic doctor will be able to help me. I found Dr. Sudha Madhuri from practo and read reviews and saw she took utmost care of treating mothers during this COVID times. So I made a decision to visit Dr. Sudha Madhuri and it turned out to be one of the best decision. She works at Apollo Cradle, Kondapur. She is the best doctor can one have, she is very soft spoken, informative and very attentive to what you convey and suggest the tips. Coming to Apollo Cradle experience, During the first visit they allowed only the mother inside the hospital and during the consultation they allowed attendant to follow. The only drawback was despite of prior appointment there is waiting time. But I recommend Cradle as they take utmost care during the COVID time for the patients. During my second visit I had an initial scan with Dr. Amita Indrasen which my gynic referred and she is a sweet and informative person who made me feel comfortable during the scanning process. Apollo Care Experience: I was told about the Apollo Cradle birthing packages by the care manager Minal and he clearly informed the package details and spoke humbly while explaining details. He was good at responding over WhatsApp and give prompt responses. The D-Day Experience: As this is my first baby, we were prepared with all necessary things. But to our surprise I was in labor during the midnight, we reached out to Dr. Sudha Madhuri around 4 AM and she picked the call and asked us to go to ER. Thanks to her for prompt response and we quickly moved to ER and they monitored situation for nearly 5 hours and finally I delivered a precious little baby angel. The room was ready and all the amenities were provided as discussed during the birthing package. Thanks to Priyanka care manager who followed up regularly to make sure that we have everything needed. I truly appreciate her taking work very seriously, she is really a great asset to the Cradle care team. Thanks to all nurses and staff for their utmost patience in helping me in my post delivery experience. They are really a great team, they were attentive 24 hours and made me feel comfortable and answered my questions patiently. Lastly, I would love to thanks security and house keeping staff for keeping my stay at Apollo Cradle warm and safe.
